During the Conference the following will be available:

• An Internet connection
• A number of Machines with Internet access
• Power: 220 Volts 50 Hz
• Internet ports (UTP RJ45)

All the plenary sessions will be transmitted over the Internet (MBONE)

All the plenary sessions will be broadcasted with a closed TV circuit to the other conference rooms within the hotel.
