INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All authors are requested to get to the Conference Rooms 30 minutes before the sessions. One person from the Organisation team will check with them the good working order of their presentation supports.
Time for oral presentations
10-15 minutes is allocated to present your paper, followed by 5 minutes for questions : 20 minutes for the whole oral presentation.
Projection means
Each room will be equipped with:
- an overhead projector
- a slide projector
- a fixed computer for direct projection. The computers are equipped with Windows 98 and Microsoft Office 97 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), with CDrom and floppy disk.
Speakers who would like to present their paper using the PC, should contact the Secretariat, at least 30 minutes before the session (for the installation of their presentation a CDrom or a floppy disk should be used).
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
There are 5 poster sessions during the Conference:
- on Monday 3rd of September, afternoon
- on Tuesday 4th of September, morning and afternoon
- on Wesdneday 5th of September, morning and afternoon.
Authors should be present close to their poster in order to talk about their work with the intersted people.
Format
Panels will be at your disposal to support your poster.
The poster should be A1 size (65 cm wide and 80 cm high - approx. 8 A4 pages).
Material for the installation of your poster will be available at the Secretariat desk.
